NaKaMaTa Kickers Football Program

NAKAMATA KICKERS is Tambayan’s own football team formed out of providing football workshops to  Adolescent Girls on the Streets and Children in Need of Special Protection. The football program of Tambayan functions to recognize children’s right to play and at the same time divert their energies away from risk-taking behaviours and into more productive activities like sports. Football as a diversion has taught the children life skills crucial for their development such as teamwork, cooperation, loyalty, communication, and respect.
