Tambayan Center for Children’s Rights, Inc. recently conducted its Year-End Educational Support Assessment for student beneficiaries and their parents/guardians under the Jales Educational Support Program for School Year 2025–2026.
The activity served as an important opportunity to reflect on the progress, challenges, and outcomes experienced by beneficiaries throughout the academic year. Students shared their experiences in school, personal growth, and the challenges they overcame, while parents and guardians provided valuable feedback on how the program supported their children’s education and well-being.
The assessment also allowed Tambayan to identify continuing barriers such as transportation costs, financial difficulties, emotional stress, and the need for stronger family support systems. Insights gathered from both students and families will guide the improvement of interventions for the next school year.
Tambayan believes that listening to children and families is essential in creating responsive and effective educational programs. Through this participatory process, the organization continues to ensure that no child is left behind.
