Tambayan, as a resource center, commits to strengthen the inherent capacities and create a favourable environment for the fulfillment of the rights of Children in Need of Special Protection and Adolescent Girls on the  Streets. 

 Goals:

1. Reduced vulnerability of the Children in Need of Special Protection, especially Adolescent Girls on the Streets/ Adolescent Girls on the Move to abuse and rights violations.

 2. Strengthened families & communities working for the protection of children

 3. Increased capacity of the center to cope with Changes and to respond to new challenges
